Terms of use
In effect since 24 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Rayaad — the web app, the browser extension, and the mobile app — during its invited beta. Using Rayaad means you accept them.
Who you are agreeing with
Rayaad is operated by Rayaad. You can reach us atsupport@rayaad.com.
This is a beta
Rayaad is being tested with a small invited group. It may be unavailable, it may lose features between releases, and it may change substantially. We will not knowingly destroy your work — everything you add can be exported at any time, and keeping your own copy is a sensible precaution during a beta.
Accounts are created by invitation. We may end the beta, or end an individual invitation, with reasonable notice.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person.
What you add stays yours
The words, notes, and decks you create are yours. You give us permission to store and process them for the single purpose of running Rayaad for you — synchronising them between your devices, scheduling your reviews, and producing the cards or audio you explicitly ask for. We do not use your content to train models, we do not sell it, and we do not show it to anyone else.
Rayaad’s own catalog content, its software, and its design remain ours. Installing a catalog unit copies its words into a deck you own; you can then edit or delete them like anything else.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Rayaad to store or generate unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
- attempt to reach another account’s data, or to bypass the limits on generation, requests, or storage;
- automate the app in a way that places a disproportionate load on it, or resell access to it;
- use the browser extension on pages you are not entitled to read.
The AI features have per-account daily limits. They exist because each request costs real money; if you need more for a legitimate reason, ask.
AI-generated content
Card generation, bulk import, and speech are produced by language and speech models. They get things wrong. Nothing generated is ever added to your deck without you accepting it, and you should check anything you intend to learn. Rayaad does not warrant that generated translations, examples, or pronunciations are correct.
Availability and changes
Rayaad is provided as it is. We do not promise a level of availability during the beta, and we may add, change, or remove features. If a change would remove something you rely on, we will try to say so before it lands.
Ending your account
You can delete your account yourself at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or when the beta ends; where we can, we will give you a chance to export your data first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Rayaad is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data you could have exported. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If you have a mandatory right under the law of the country you live in, these terms do not take it away.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use Rayaad after a change means accepting the new version. Questions go tosupport@rayaad.com.
