A CSV, a spreadsheet column, a list pasted out of a notes app — all of them land in the same preview table. You see what Rayaad understood, fix what it did not, and skip the rows you do not want. The import is all-or-nothing: it never half-writes a file.

AI, on a short leash
A model drafts the card. You decide whether it exists.
Type a word and Rayaad can ask a model for the meaning and an example. Paste a paragraph and it can pull out the words worth learning. In both cases what comes back is a draft in a table — and there is no setting anywhere that turns on automatic acceptance.
- Nothing is written to a deck until you accept it.
- Every draft is editable before it becomes a card.
- Your cards are never used to train anybody's model.
Why it is metered
Each generation is a paid call to a provider, so both plans have a daily allowance: 10 a day on Free, 300 a day on Pro. Typing a card yourself and importing a file are not metered on either plan, because they cost nothing to serve — metering the way out of another tool would be self-defeating.

Words as you meet them. Quick add: about ten seconds a card, and Enter clears the form for the next one. Most long-running decks are built exactly this way.
A text rather than a list. Paste it and let the model pull out the candidates. What comes back is a table you approve, not a deck that appeared.
Nothing yet. Install a catalog unit for your pair and you have cards due on day one — yours to edit from the moment they land.
Cards you can grade honestly
A deck dies when its cards are ambiguous: three translations on the back, a whole sentence on the front, two senses sharing one answer. You notice mid-review, which is exactly where Rayaad lets you fix it — editing a card takes two seconds and does not interrupt the session.

About adding words
What format does a CSV need to be in?
A column for the word and a column for its meaning, with an optional example. Rayaad shows you a preview table with every row parsed before anything is written, so a file that is not quite right is something you fix in the preview rather than something that silently imports badly.
Can I paste a list instead of uploading a file?
Yes. Pasting freeform text runs it through the same preview: candidate cards in a table, each one editable, each one skippable. Nothing is added until you say so.
Does AI write cards into my deck automatically?
Never. Every AI route in Rayaad produces a draft you read first. There is no setting that turns on automatic acceptance, because a deck full of things you have not read is worse than an empty one.
How many AI generations do I get?
On the Free plan, 10 single-card generations a day and 1 bulk run of up to 2,000 characters. Pro raises those to 300 and 20. Typing and importing cards yourself is never metered on either plan.
Is there a limit on how many cards I can add?
The Free plan holds 500 cards at once; Pro is unlimited. A bulk import that would cross the ceiling is refused as a whole rather than half-written, so you never end up with a deck that is missing the second half of your file.
